We want you to be happy with Uncle Polar Spanish. This page explains when you can have your money back and how to ask.
Who sells to you
Paid plans are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle takes the payment and handles refunds on our behalf.
Try it free first
Every paid plan starts with a free 7-day trial, so you can try everything before you pay. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Your first payment: 14 day money-back guarantee
- If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, you get a full refund of that payment. You do not need to give a reason.
- The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
- When a payment is refunded, the paid plan it bought ends.
Renewals
- Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time and keep the paid features until the end of the month you have paid for. Monthly renewals are not refunded.
- Yearly plans: we will remind you before your plan renews. If you ask within 14 days of a yearly renewal, you get a full refund of that renewal.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you when you paid, or go to paddle.net and look up your order with your email address.
- Or contact us through the Help page or at hello@unclepolar.com and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on your Account page or through Paddle, so that you are not charged again. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which it does not affect. See also our Terms of use.
