Every paid plan starts with 7 days of everything, free. Cancel before the 7 days are up and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, on your Account page. You keep everything until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked. See the Refund policy.
Who takes the payment?
Payments are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle shows the final price, including any tax for your country, before you pay.
What happens to my progress if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your free account keeps Vocab words 1 to 1,000, and everything else is waiting if you come back.
